Carol brings more than 20 years of experience coaching executives and their senior teams through challenging periods of organizational growth and change. Currently, she focuses her efforts in assisting top real estate executives in developing new levels of leadership awareness and effectiveness thereby enhancing their ability to build responsible, sustainable and industry-leading organizations, regionally, nationally and internationally.

Years ago, she was introduced to ULI through her C-suite clients, many of whom have been or are currently avid leaders, sponsors and trustees of ULI at the National level.

At the most recent Fall Meeting in L.A Carol presented a talk on Optimizing Your Leadership Potential to a break out group of hundreds. She also developed and moderated a lively panel discussion on the Magic of Mentorship.

Several years ago, Carol led a one-hour ULI webinar on “leadership” for a record-breaking 1,700 ULI members nationwide. She is delighted to have offered her highly acclaimed Leadership Program for ULI San Francisco seven years in a row.

A member herself and a die-hard fan of ULI – its mission and its members – Carol seeks to elevate the quality of leadership members and staff bring to fulfilling the ULI mission, to help satisfy the hunger for leadership growth expressed by ULI members, and to assist members in helping them grow and enhance their businesses and organizations.
