Afraid of the Light

Whether it’s the lightening pace of advancements in technology…the ever-expanding nature of social media…or the whimsical shifts in the marketplace…nothing is as constant as change.

For many of us, our reliance on what we learned in school or the hard-earned lessons of our early careers continue to influence our approaches to the issues we’re presented every day. And often we may be reluctant to accept, acknowledge or even ask if there are new methods and solutions to the challenges we face.

Do this one thing. Ask a co-worker or direct report for honest feedback about where you may be operating in the dark. And, listen…intently.

Are you truly open to new ideas? Are you actively seeking input from others? Is it time to explore what’s new…to catch up…to get bigger?

Check out The Leadership Laboratory launching this Fall.(Early enrollment pricing through August 31.)

I’m excited to join you on your leadership journey because…
your leadership matters!

All the Best,
